Decorations in book are based on Graeco-Egyptian designs, c. 400-300 B.C. Depiction of Sarapis, with description. Blank diary with inserted note "Mr. Malcolm Home '120' Medical Diary 1932".

Physical description

1 copy. Wallet style, bound in Morocco leather with wallet to hold a pen. Endpapers printed in light brown with cream printed unicorns. Text block machine made paper, text printed in black, paper pre lined with blue and brown printing ink. The Diary has all three edges in red. Embossed blind on spine '1932' and embossed unicorn on front, embossed 'Wellcome's Medical Dairy 1932' on flap. There is a blue tape bookmark printed ''WELLCOME' CHEMICALS PAGE 313. PRICE LIST PAGE 321' printed in dark blue. The tape has an advert attached to it, in the form of a paper; bottle of Wellcome Kepler Cold Liver Oil with Malt Extract on one side and detail of the cap of the same bottle on the other.
