Wellcome Medical Diaries, Overseas Editions, India

Diaries follow the same format and style for the "Home" Wellcome Medical Diaries. Specific differences are noted in the description field. All Indian editions are identifiable on their bindings by an 'In' underlined with a zig zag embossed on spine.

Until 1916 the Indian edition dairies included postal, weights, astronomical, civil time and Indian stamp duties information. 1917 -1919 are the War Emergency Editions: supplied in one style only with the diary pages ruled for 60 patients a week. From 1920 the diaries again follow the same format and style for the "Home" Wellcome Medical Diaries. The Indian Editions do not include postal, weights, astronomical, civil time or Indian stamp duties information. From 1927 until 1940 information on Indian snakes with illustrations of poisonous and non-poisonous snakes of India is included.
