Physical description

1 copy Wallet style, bound in Morocco leather with wallet to hold a pen. Endpapers printed in light brown with cream printed unicorns. Text block machine made paper, text printed in black, paper pre lined with blue and brown printing ink. The Diary has all three edges in red. Embossed blind on spine '1921' and embossed unicorn on front, embossed 'Wellcome's Medical Dairy 1921' on flap. There is a blue tape bookmark with an inch and centimeter tape printed on one side and '''WELLCOME' BRAND CHEMICALS AT END OF LIST. GENERAL LIST, PAGE X AT END' printed in dark blue. The tape has an advert attached to it, in the form of a paper bottle of 'Tabloid' 'GUAUACUM AND SULPHUR' on one side and 'Tabloid' Laxative Vegetable on the other, with a paper label below-'Tabloid' is the trade mark of B W & Co.
