Front page: colour facsimile reproduction from an illuminated MS. of the XV century, 'A Consultation of Physicians'. Back page: advertisement, St. Louis International Exposition, 1904, three grand prizes and two gold medals awarded to B. W. & Co. Image of exhibit at exposition. Inserts: image of cup - wholesale chemists' and druggists cricket championship, 1899, won for 5 years in succession; birds eye view of Wellcome Club and Institute buildings and grounds. 2 copies. Copy 1 inc pencil annotations by Dr. Daniel. Copy 2 is blank and in better condition.

2 copies. Bound in Morocco leather with wallet to hold letters stamps, cards, etc. Endpapers green base colour with gold printed floral designs. Text block machine made paper, text printed in black, paper pre lined with blue and brown printing ink. The Diary has all three edges gilt.
