One week per page. 'Ch' underlined with a zigzag embossed on spine. All diaries bound in red cloth.
This edition includes the general principles of nursing such as sanitation, ventilation, cleanliness, medical equipment, surgery, first aid in emergencies, poisons and their antidotes, an alphabetical list of 'tabloid' nursing requisites, foods and dietary, legal information and general rules of quarantine, etc.
