Greek theme: image of Apollo; notes of healing in ancient Greece; historical exhibition of rare and curious objects by H Wellcome. 1 copy and 2 paper inserts Bound in Morocco leather with wallet to hold letters stamps, cards, etc. Endpapers gold base colour with green printed unicorns. Text block machine made paper, text printed in black, paper pre lined with blue and brown printing ink. The Diary has all three edges gilt. Embossed blind on spine '1912' and embossed unicorn on front There is a light purple tape bookmark with an inch and centimetre tape printed on one side and ''PRICE LIST, PAGE XXXIV AT END 'WELLCOME' BRAND CHEMICALS, PAGE XXIII AT END' printed in dark blue.
