Description

The Working Association of Mothers was a self help co-operative to provide solutions for, and share experiences among, mothers struggling to cope with various aspects of motherhood. The project undertaken by the Tavistock Institute was a survey by way of questionnaire of members of the Working Mothers Association Brighton branch, including suggestions on ways in which the organisation of WAM could be better suited to the needs of its members. Includes summaries of answers to questionnaire questions, notes on the questionnaire responses, and coding notes.
