Reckitt's Colours: System Future project

This was a consultative project on employee consultation and participation, with members of the Tavistock Institute working directly with the labour force of the organisation in order to propose a process of democratisation within the workplace. The project was met with high resistance from both the workforce, and later, union representatives. Correspondence relating to the project.
