Smith, Kline & French Laboratories Ltd: Attitude Survey

Includes project correspondence, Doc. No. T.211 'Proposals for an Attitude Survey of the Staff of the Company', and notes of an interview with company management. This was a project conducted by Isabel Menzies Lyth to investigate staff attitutdes to the company, check the effectiveness of present personnel policy, and provide guidelines for future developments. The research was conducted primarily through a staff survey.
