Description

The purpose of the pilot study at King' College Hospital was to assist senior nursing staff in drawing up a co-ordinated scheme of nurse training in order to reconciled the demands of staffing the hospital with the demands of professional training. Due to limited funding, the initial step of the project was to carry out a survey of nurse training problems. Draft copy of Doc. No. 461 'Research into nurse Training at King's College Hospital: Report on a Pilot Study of Nurse Training Problems, Spetember to December, 1956, and on Subsequent Work, January to June, 1957'.
