Quality of Care project

The Quality fo Care project was a collaborative project with the DHSS Development Group, the Social Work Service in the North West Region, and local authorities to improve residential childcare services in the region. The project was undertaken through a series of seminars and involved Eric Miller as a consultant on behalf of the Tavistock Institute. Includes papers for the seminar on control in residential establishments for children (Feb 1981), papers for the seminar on control in residential establishments for adolescents (Mar 1983), and related correspondence and notes.
