Description
This series mainly consists of minute books, which contain the minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors, the minutes of Annual General Meetings, and a small number of papers, reference minutes and directors reports written either for meetings or as a result of them.
In addition to the minute books, there are some loose papers previously kept in the volumes. There are also minutes of the liaison committee with ICI in Australia & New Zealand, and some architects plans for work on Cooper's offices.
