Contains a letter from K Dalton, Clinical Assistant at the Department of Psychological Medicine, UCH (St. Pancras Hospital), providing obstetric history of a mother concerned about future pregnancies having had one child with Tay Sach's disease and three miscarriages. Penrose replies informing that he would be willing to see the patient, but needs further background information on the parents and exact diagnosis of the child with Tay Sach's.
