Contains reports from the Galton Laboratory on karyotypes determined by study of chromosomes in blood and skin cultures, karyograms showing chromosomes of patients from sample cells, correspondence concerning interviews and tests on patients with congenital disorders or parents who had undergone failed pregnancies or had children with congenital disorders, and photographs of patients and microphotogaphs of chromosomes.
