Notes and Photographs on Chromosome Measurements

Contains a table of mean lengths and standard deviations of human chromosomes of cultured leucocytes from a normal male, after water pretreatment squash sequence, and a table showing the same for a normal female, after water pretreatment air drying sequence. Also contains two photographs of normal male and female chromosomes showing secondary constrictions, and four prints of karyograms showing the seven groups of human chromosomes with secondary constriction.
