Biographical note
A Memorandum of Agreement was made with Oxford University Press, Inc. (OUP) on 28 January, 1972 to publish the IJE; and re-made to continue publication on 28 January, 1975.
Dr. Charles du Florey, IJE assistant editor, was appointed Editor of the Journal in September, 1981.
