Description

The IMTA grew out of and partially replaced the Comision del Plan Nacional Hidraulico. Eric Miller worked alongside IMTA in a consultative role to help the organisation bring about its objective to develop the technology and qualified human resources to contribute to the acquisition and conservation of water. The focus of Miller's work with IMTA was on the transfer of new and existing technologies into effective use through the concept of the socio-technical system.
