Biographical note

The course was run at the Nottingham College of Education under the direction of Dr. Miller (Director of Independent Assessment and Research Centre Ltd) and his assisstant Miss Smith. Lectures were given on general principles such as the setting of objectives for an examination, the methods of examining both written and practical, the setting of objective tests and statistical evaluation. The course was attended by 47 Principals and teachers representing all 39 Schools of Physiotherapy recognised by the CSP.
