Description

Correspondence regarding a trip to Switzerland, for which an itinerary is included, to deliver lectures and seminars at three institutions.

On 10 April, 1976, at the Université de Fribourg, at the 8th Réunion Annuelle de L'Union des Société Suisses de Biologie Expérimentale (USSBE), Crick delivered a lecture entitled "The Structure of Chromatin". The file includes copies of the USSBE Bulletin for November 1975 and March 1976, both of which list Crick's lecture. Also included is a set of speaking notes (7 numbered sheets, holograph) for this lecture.

On 12 April, 1976, at the Biozentrum der Universität Basel, Crick delivered a lecture entitled "What is a Gene?"

On 13 April, 1976, at the Institut für Molekularbiologie II der Universität Zürich, Crick gave an informal seminar.
