Correspondence regarding the 2nd EMBO Course on 'Molecular Genetics of Higher Organisms', held at Ile de Port-Cros, 9-28 September, 1974. Crick delivered the afternoon session of 27 September on 'Chromatin structure'.

The file includes detailed notes (holograph) by Crick on speakers, several abstracts, and a group photograph (b/w 9" x 7") of conference participants, in which Crick is standing centre-back.
