Biographical note
'Threads and Yarns' was a series of craft workshops and a display day even run as part of the Trust's 75th Anniversary celebrations. The workshops were hosted by the Victoria and Albert Museum in May 2011 and involved senior citizens from Camden collaborating with textile design students from Central Saint Martins art school. The project promoted intergenerational conversation around biomedical themes, with participants sharing personal histories of health and well-being whilst crafting.
