Description
Volumes relating to Child Guidance Clinics held at Dumfries and Galloway Infirmary, Stranraer Health Centre and Castle Douglas. Information contained includes patient name, address, date of birth or age, name of school, date of attendance (DGH1/5/24/1/2 and DGH1/5/24/1/3) and the name of the professional who referred them to the clinic. In some cases there are notes relating to admission and discharge dates for Ladyfield or Hannahfield in the Department of Child Psychiatry, Crichton Royal Hospital. DGH1/5/24/2/1 also records, in some cases, a description of the reason for attending the clinic and the date of follow up appointments.
