Cases treated with Thyroidin etc. 'Automatic imbalance' (for comparison). Exophthalmus and exophthlamic ophthalmaplegia. Some cases and accounts and therapeutic notes re hyperthyroidism and Graves disease. Exophthalmus from various causes, re diagnosis of Graves disease. Also voluntary proptosis, retraction of upper eyelid (Dalrymples sign). Proptosis or exophthalmus experimentally produced by an acid extract of anterior pituitary body and also (later) hypothyroidism following the preliminary hyperthyroidism. Antithyroidal substances--various. Chronic myeloid leukaemia and hyperthyroidism. Myasthenia and muscular dystrophy (and also myotonia) in diseases of the thyroid and thym[?us]
