Description

Drawing of the Burroughs Wellcome & Co. factory in Wandsworth. It was situated at Bell Lane Wharf in Wandsworth, London, and was the first proper Burroughs Wellcome & Co factory. It was purchased in 1883, but the company soon outgrew the premises, resulting in the purchase of the Phoenix Paper Mills site in Dartford in 1888.
