Pasted on the verso of the last leaf of the text is a letter, in the third person, from Sir John Pringle [1707-1782], dated 'Pall Mall 12 Oct. 1776', thanking Lettsom for the loan of the pamphlet. Produced in Second edition. London: E. & C. Dilly.
