About this work

Description

Wolff Olins, a company specialising in corporate identity through the use of graphics, was originally approached by Jebsens to undertake a project on adevrtising for the recruitment and retention of crew. It was deemed by Wolf Ollins to be too large a project and beyond their scope and the Tavistcok Institute of Human Relations was suggested as an alternative consultant for the project, leading to the Project of Change.

File includes copies of notes on meetings with Wolf Ollins, proposals for the project, contractual correspondence, draft copy of HRC 981 'Human Resources & Organisational Development in Jebsens (UK) Limited: Shipboard Sub-Study: Working Paper' (1975); copy of HRC 982 'Human Resources & Organisational Development in Jebsens (UK) Limited: Report on Phase I and Future Programme', and Kristian Jebsens Rederi Corporate Identity Report (1973).
