Description

Correspondence regarding a visit to Boston to lecture at Harvard Medical School and at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

At Harvard, Crick lectured on "Positional Information" (18 and 20 April). At MIT, Crick lectured on "Chromosomes and Gene Expression in Higher Organisms" (26 and 28 April), for which there is a set of speaking notes (ten sheets, holograph).

The file also includes an exchange of letters between Crick and Dr Mahlon B Hoagland regarding a possible visit to the Worcester Foundation for Experimental Biology to give an "afternoon seminar".
