and 'panatrophy' (Gowers) and facial hemi-atrophy; also linear morphoeic sclerodermia and various kinds of linear dermatoses. Acroparaesthesia (at end of this collection) including Mrs Parkes Weber (for comparison). Patterned alopecia about the calves etc. For 'scalenus anticus syndrome etc'--cervical ribs etc--and doubtful Raynaud syndrome cases for comparison (including Dr Bernard Myers' lady-housekeeper 1939)--see my collection 'Cervical ribs etc'. For lichen sclerosis see another collection (2 and 3). Question of various cases of pseudo-sclerodermia, and possible connection with avitaminosis, including cases due to atypical cutaneous amyloidosis and to varicose veins and hypostatic causes. For comparison: Sudeck's (post-traumatic, reflex?) arthritis or atrophy of bones of hand etc. Also 'Morvan syndrome in children' and adults. Parathyroid deficiency in relation to sclerodermia. Oesophagal lesions in sclerodermia. Connection of Raynaud's phenomena with sclerodactylia.
