Description

2 artworks, the recto and verso of one sheet, identified by Rita Simon's pseudonym "Tuberculosis Patient 9" which shows a pastel landscape with a lake on the recto and flower studies on the verso.

Rita Simon said, "Symbolism of lake enclosed. Ambiguous. Full of questions. Why is it smeared down the right side? Because there is no future? He worked and worked, a whole lot of fantasies."
