Description
Consists of papers relating to book Ethical Problems and Genetics Practice written by Michael Parker. Includes typescripts of draft chapters, handwritten notes, proposed chapter structures, chapter themes, book outline (including aims of the book, target audience and rationale), research notes, excerpts of transcripts from Genethics Club meetings which include annotations and codes of ethics created by the Association of Genetic Nurses and Counsellors and National Society of Genetic Counsellors.
Parker created a referencing system to signify cases and related themes, eg. the second case study at the first Genethics Club meeting is coded G1.2 and is implemented throughout his work.
