Correspondence between J H Ottoway and Penrose in which Penrose asks Ottoway to run a comparative test on the gross hormone content in pituitary hormone capsules produced by the American and English branches of Armour Laboratories. Encloses two reports by Ottoway, one on the growth hormone dated 1953, and manuscript and typescript copies of "Biochemical Tests on Subjects Injected with Pituitary Growth Hormone".
