T. Compounds

File contains a notebook with the title on the spine, "T. Comps - Part Coeff.". The notebook contains details of experiment methodology, handwritten results, tables and graphs regarding t. compound experiments. At the front of the notebook are the words "A.M. Rimmer. R.S.S. & GPI experiments for J.R.V." (rat stomach strip and guinea-pig). The notebook has been used front to back and also back to front.

Reading from front to back the experiments begin on 26 November 1959 (RSS1) and run to 1 April 1960 (RSS15), with some interveneg GP experiments. The compounds covered and/or tested include compounds T51 to T84.

Reading from back to front is a section titled, "partition coefficients of tryptamines and spectrophotometry". The first dated page of results is 10 February 1960 and the last is 11 April 1960. This section includes a letter from E.M. Tanner of Parke, Davis & Company enclosing copies of ultraviolet spectra of some tryptamines.
