From October 1947 place of residence, occupation; name of person who authorised the admission and names of the two doctors signing the medical certificates cease to be recorded. From October 1948 the physical condition of the patient, name, form and cause of mental disorder cease to be recorded. Voluntary patients are not recorded in this volume.
