Biographical note

The only Case Books to survive for detached buildings in the hospital grounds which provided patient accommodation are those for the Farm Annexe and Rosehall. References can be found in the main run of Male and Female Case Books, DGH1/5/21/3 and DGH1/5/21/4, to further volumes for detached buildings used to house patients, including the Sanatorium and the Laundry or Johnston House, but these volumes do not appear to have survived.
