Patient's Funds Ledger Sheets

Loose ledger sheets relating to Section 4 and 5 patients. Sheets are arranged by financial quarter, with patient names listed alphabetically by surname. Information contained includes patient name, credits, charges, refunds, arrears payments and total sum due. Due to the use of sellotape, which has become brittle and no longer adhesive, to attach additional information there are a lot of detached sheets.

Sections 3, 4, and 5 refer to Sections of the National Health Service, with Section 3 being patients receiving free treatment and Sections 4 and 5 being fee paying patients at various rates.
