At the Annual Meeting, Monday, 15 April, 1895, it was resolved that "we tender our heartfelt sympathy to the family of our deceased member and also to his business partner, our fellow alumnus, Henry S Wellcome, PhG, and that a copy of these resolutions be forwarded to them."
