Copy of a letter, originally from W A Oliver to Dr C P Gibson, regarding the survival of an anencephalic infant, and the treatment provided to stabilise his condition before discharge. Annotated with a comment from Penrose to an unidentified recipient stating that the child is now 16 years old and that Mrs Lele, Galton Laboratory, studied his chromosomes.
