Includes correspondence, proposals, drafts and commentary relating to a consultation on the health and environmental aspects of nuclear weapon dismantlement, undertaken by Medact, with advice from the Oxford Research Group, IPPNW, and PSR. The consultation was held 24-27 May 2002, in Umbria, Italy, and included representatives from policy maming departments in each of the five nuclear powers, as well as India, Pakistan and Israel.
