British Nuclear Strategy Group (BNSG)

Medact's British Nuclear Strategy Group was chaired by Dr Elizabeth Waterston. Pat Craig coordinated World Court Projects.

Members of BSNG participated in the Test Ban Coalition Group, convened by Greenpeace. Nuclear Test Coordinators/Test Ban Coordinators circulated information about known nuclear tests, and prompted members to lobby politicians and raise awareness of recent nuclear tests.

Records include meeting papers of BNSG and related groups, TBAG papers and minutes, nuclear test coordinators' correspondence, nuclear testing correspondence and papers, nuclear strategy lobbying and campaign activity, test ban papers, papers concerning European security and affiliates, commissions and consultations, and records relating to the World Court project.
