Details of orders, contracts. Civil hospitals and Army contracts. Correspondence with BW& Co representatives T H B Long (Messrs Thomas Cook & Sons, Bombay), and Charles W White (also Bombay). The majority of the material is from 1902.

File includes a letter (29 July, 1903) from Capt S P James, in receipt of a case of samples, who promises to include a favourable mention in "the second edition of [his] little book on malarial fevers which is now going through the press...." [This is the final letter in the chronological file sequence.]
