Replica Sudlow medal

A bronze medal in replica of the medal given to Robert Clay Sudlow by Henry Wellcome on Sudlow's retirement in 1905. This is an example of the replica medals given to the employees of Burroughs Wellcome. Inscription reads: "In honour of ROBERT CLAY SUDLOW General Manager of BURROUGHS WELLCOME & Co. and in commemoration of his loyal and efficient services to the firm for more than a quarter of a century. Awarded by HENRY WELLCOME Principal".
