These are a disparate collection of items that have been brought together because of their connection with Robert Clay Sudlow. Although there are a few items that have been contributed to Sudlow personally, the majority of the collection relates to Sudlow's retirement and activities after his worklife, as well as papers relating to his death.

There was no indication of provenance or original order for this collection and the papers have been organised to maximise user accessibility.
