About this work

Description

Correspondence regarding the 3rd Lepetit Colloquium, on 'Cell Interactions', held at the Royal Society of Medicine, London, 15-17 November, 1971.

Although scheduled to chair a later session, correspondence shows that Crick left the Colloquium towards the end of the first day. In a letter (24 November) to Professor Luigi Silvestri, Crick writes: "I have been working too much - my doctor has now told me to have a complete rest for several weeks."
