About this work
Description
The main governing body of the Campaign, formed in 1923, to decide on matters of major policy. Consisted of scientists, doctors and other eminent people from all over the country. Later became known as the Council. The signed minute books of Grand Council, dating from 1923 onwards, have not been located. The following are merely agendas and meeting papers which include copies of minutes of previous meetings.
