Correspondence with T A J Prankerd of UCH Medical School, consisting of 3 letters, regarding Penrose's proposal to treat leukaemia patients with blood serum from Down's syndrome patients, Prankerd's thoughts on the volume of serum and regularity of transfusions, and a final letter from Prankerd stating that after three months the treatment had no demonstrable effect on leukaemia patients, and asking if the experiment should be discontinued.
