1 volume 1 l. + 194 pp. + 6 bl. ll. + 16 ll. folio. 39 × 251/2 cm. Modern boards. On the verso of the first leaf, and of the sixth blank leaf towards the end, is pasted an engraved library label showing a decorated panel within which the titles of the two parts of the MS. are written.
