About this work

Description

3 artworks identified by Rita Simon's pseudonym "Tuberculosis Patient 18."

The artworks are three small seascapes with a central horizontal horizon line. They depict the sea and land with non-naturalistic colours, in a somewhat impressionistic manner that Rita Simon described as "idealistic statements upon a perceptual approach to a seascape."

The date of restricted access has been estimated as the same as that used for other tuberculosis patients in the same series.
