Description
Various records, from stables and laboratory, relating to diphtheria serum. Includes a copy of a letter (1953) from Dr H J Parish to Dr Ian Taylor, London County Council, enclosing detailed information about Alexander Thomas Glenny's contribution to immunology.
Other material present: a volume of "Laboratory Reports" (1889-1893) that predates both Wellcome Physical and Chemical Laboratories; a laboratory record volume entitled "Chemicals from September 1903"; a photograph of a Tabloid UR3 machine; and a letter from Henry Dale to Henry Wellcome on ergot (1906).
