Papers relating to the Chicago Conference on "The standardisation of human cytogenetic data" which took place on 3-4 September 1966, and which was followed by the Third International Congress on Human Genetics on 5-10 Sep 1966, of which Penrose was President. The file comprises a programme, agenda, participant lists and the draft report of the Chicago Conference, Penrose's Presidential Address for the Congress on Human Genetics, newspaper cuttings, and correspondence.
