(This was subsequently not released due to member opposition); publication in The Journal of Social Policyby Dr Birch entitled 'Increasing patient charges in the NHS: a Method of Privatising Primary Care' and 'National Health Service 1979-1980 to 1985-1986' also by Dr Birch. There is also some associated correspondence.
